Bonnie and I shared a long friendship working in vocational business ed and sponsoring the FBLA students in our schools. When we chaperoned the students on years of trips for competitions, we were roommates. After retirement from the public school teaching, she joined with me and five others for several years in a job-sharing team in the business lab and Learning Commons at AIMS Community College where we continued helping students learn and improve their occupational skills. When I looked at Bonnie’s photo here, I thought “Oh Bonnie, you’re trying to fool people with that serious face.” She was a fun and funny friend and co-worker who unfailingly brought treats to share with her co-workers, and found funny cards to acknowledge their special days or events. She’s gone from our lives much too early. Judy Robertson
