“ Just kidding”
The family of Raelenett is deeply saddened to announce her early departure at the age of 36. Rae passed away peacefully at home with family.
Rae was born June 19, 1983 to Rhonda Jewett at University Hospital in Denver, CO. Rae entered into this world in her own way. She earned our mom a helicopter flight. She departed, sliding into home base. Her last few weeks were spent fulfilling life, simply cherishing family and friends.
Rae was known and loved for her stubbornness and carefree style. She followed her own set of rules and played the game her way. Rae always had time for family and was a huge animal lover. There wasn’t a stray that she didn’t try sneaking home. Never turning down adventures, Rae knew how to have fun. She was a natural prankster, smart, caring, compassionate, and driven. Rae saw the best in everyone she met along the way, no matter the circumstances.
Rae attended East Memorial Elementary, Pete Mirich Elementary, North Valley Middle School, Valley High School and Aims Community College.
Throughout her life, she participated in numerous activities and sports including choir, basketball, soccer, softball, archery, shooting, reading, crocheting, cross-stitching, and she lettered in academics.
Rae's first first job was at JB's Drive-In, followed by Sonic Drive-In, Nor'Sky Pet Foods, Agfinity, and her Uncle's Clint's Yard Service. It was at her first job and bosses(Geneva and Rod Clark) that helped shape her into the hardworking dedicated individual she was. While working for Clint's Yard Service she took pride and perfection in meeting their client's needs.
Rae loved her family, friends and most importantly her sons, Christopher and Ethan “Lil' Bill” Jewett. She was a devoted mother who was very proud of her sons.
Thankful to have shared her life include her mother, Rhonda Jewett, partner in life Matthew Day, sons; Christopher Jewett of Parker, CO and Ethan Jewett of Halsey, OR, twin sister Regina(Angie) Jewett; nieces Mecayla Jewett and Cassandra Sutton; uncles Rodney (Carol) Martin, Randy Martin, Clint Jewett (Debb Desaire), cousins; Jeremy (Janel) Martin, Jonathan (Renae) Martin and Alexis Martin.
