Gail Arlene Vise, 71, went to be with the Lord on Mother’s Day, May 10, 2020 at her home in Lakewood, Colorado. She was born May 12, 1948 in Greeley, Colorado to Elmer and Doris (Fields) Kaiser. She grew up in Milliken, Colorado and attended Milliken schools until the consolidation with Johnstown in the fall of 1962. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in May of 1966.

She was united in marriage to Dennis Lynn Vise on December 23, 1967 at the Milliken Presbyterian Church, where Gail attended Sunday school.

Gail retired from The Meridian in June 2012. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Milliken.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Vise; son, Mark (Diana) Vise; grandson, Devin (McKayla) Vise; granddaughter, Kaylea Backman; great-grandsons, Dalton, Maverick and Conrad Backman; son, Randy (Debbie) Vise; grandson Derrick (McKayla) Vise; great-granddaughter, Evie Vise; and grandson, Aaron Vise; sister, Sherry (Bill) Ullmann; niece, Renae (Edd) Keeney; great-nephew, Josh (Kiki) Keeney; great, great-nieces Rory and Keely Keeney; great-niece, Chelsea (Josh) Shisler; great, great-nephew, Ryder Shisler and great, great-niece Ainsley Shisler; niece, Joni (Buzz) Groves; great niece Theresa (Nathan) Sears; great, great-nephews, Thomas and William Sears; great, great-niece, Lexy Sears; great nephews, Cody Groves and Travis (Kylie Anderson) Groves; nephew, Craig (Roseanne) Ullmann; great nieces, Samantha (Dequari Jennings) Ullmann and Danielle (Trey Campbell) Ullmann; brother-in-law, Doug Vise; nephew, Austin Vise; brother-in-law, Dale Lee (Donna) Vise; sister-in-law, Donna Vise-Pointer; nieces, Rebecca (Anthony) Walden and Stacey (George) Bilacres and sister-in-law, Belinda Vise-Harrington.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Doris Kaiser; her in-laws, Dale and Norma Vise; sister-in-law, Patty Vise and great nephew, Eric Groves.

Visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. Tuesday, May 19 at Adamson Life Celebration Home. Due to Covid19 a private graveside service will be held at the Johnstown Cemetery. A public Life Celebration will be announced at a later date, both officiated by Pastor Randy Mayer of Bible Baptist Church, Milliken.
