Obituary

Jesse Hernandez, 84, of Greeley, passed away February 1, 2021 at North Colorado Medical Center. He was born December 25, 1936 in Loveland, CO to Manuel and Louise (Aguilar) Hernandez.
Jesse grew up in Loveland and served in the U.S. Marine Corp. 1954 – 1957. On January 24, 1959 he married Teresa Guerrero. He owned and operated Ault Discount Liquors and the Dairy Princess for over 20 years. He was a member of Our Lady of Peace. He loved fishing, riding his scooter and spending time with his grandchildren.
Jesse is survived by his wife Teresa of Greeley; his children, Jesse Hernandez and wife Martha of Greeley, Alex Hernandez and wife Julie of Onalaska, Wisconsin, and Christine Rodriquez of Greeley; 12 gandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Manuel and Felix.
A visitation will be held Sunday, February 7, 2021 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm followed by the Recitation of the Rosary at Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 W. 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00a.m. Monday, February 8, 2021 at Our Lady of Peace. Interment Linn Grove Cemetery.
