Obituary

Margaret E. Miller, age 74, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on January 8, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana to John and Wana Harden. She married Richard Miller in 1971. In 1972, the couple welcomed twin boys, Michael and Daniel. In 1975, they added a daughter Karan to the family. Margaret’s children were always her pride and joy.
Margaret was a hard worker and held a variety of jobs throughout her life. She started in the computer field as a key punch operator in the 1960s and was a desktop engineer by the time she retired in 2012. She was a lifetime fan of Elvis and Neal Diamond. In 1995 Margaret became a grandma. Before she knew it, she had 2 grandsons and 8 granddaughters. She was very proud of each and every one of her grandchildren. Margaret was an avid video gamer and enjoyed playing with her grandchildren. She spent countless hours attending their school and sporting events. She loved Siamese cats and golden retrievers, especially her beloved golden retriever Sheree.
Margaret is survived by her husband Richard, her sons and daughter and their spouses, Michael and Rachael Miller, Daniel and Janna Miller, and Karan and Jeremy Farmer; her grandchildren and spouses Austin and Sara Miller, Kaylee Miller, Annika Miller, Chase Miller and fiancé Emily Haley, Maddison Miller, Hannah Miller, Gabrielle Miller, Aby Farmer, Zoey Farmer, and Pyper Farmer; and her twin sister Janice Montgomery.
