Margaret was full of life. We were neighbors and came to find out I took her position when she retired from the University of Northern Colorado. Big shoes to fill. Made numerous contributions to the department that last to today. I will miss her. She was happy her daughter Kara lived with her the last few years. Condolences to the family.

Margaret was such a beautiful person, both inside and out. She was a constant presence in my life since the day we met 53 years ago. I have wonderful memories from our time together spent, boating, snorkeling, watching her beloved Broncos and sharing events in our lives. When I think of Margaret, I see her big beautiful smile that would light up the room and hear her laugh.
My heart is filled with gratitude to have called her my friend.

No words would ever been enough to express the love and attachment I have had with my mother during the last five years. I miss her terribly.

Kara, I'm Tena Stevenson's daughter, Debbie. My Mom told me about your Mom's passing. I'm so sorry. Even though it was many years ago, I always thought your Mom was just delightful & I admired her career passion. She was a dear friend to my Mom, as well. Thinking of you and your family.
