We will forever miss this dear lady, whom we came to love. My daughters and I delivered Meals on Wheels to Marquita and we enjoyed visiting with her every week. I was often late getting back to the MOW office because I had sat down and chatted with Marquita, who I purposely made as my last stop just for that reason. ;D Marquita lived a long and wonderful life. She had many stories to tell and I loved to hear them. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, whom she missed so much, and her parents. Our sincere condolences to Marquita's sons and family. (the photo is Marquita holding the snow globe of NYC that we brought back to her from our family's trip there in December 2019)
