We are so sorry for your loss and wish we could be there with you during this difficult time. Marty had the biggest heart and the best smile. One j the sweetest men I have ever met in my life. He absolutely loved hosting everyone and anyone who came to visit and always welcomed us with open arms. Estes Park and Mama Rosa's will always be in my memory bank. I remember when he let me drive a corvette from Denver to Greeley that he had just purchased, after picking me up from the airport. That was such a thrill for me and I have never driven another corvette since. As much of a thrill it was for me, I believe he was just as excited to see me in that drivers seat, feeling what he felt every time he sat behind the wheel with you by his side.
I know that he loved you so much and that it gave him joy to be your forever man.

Marty was one of my basketball buddies playing Friday night pickup games and going to numerous senior tournaments. Marty was very competitive but more over a kind gentleman. I will forever miss HIM....... I will always remember his left hand hook and three-point shots.

Marty and I met freshman year at the University of Tulsa. We were roommates our junior and senior years. I cooked, he cleaned. I made that decision after trying his spaghetti recipe - pasta, butter, ketchup. We had some great times during and after college. We always stayed in touch even though we lived 800 miles apart, and managed to visit each other several times. We shared a passion for cars, always looking for something a bit faster. Marty was a great friend. I'm glad I knew him and will miss him. Condolences to Lisa and his family.
