We have many cherished memories of Ron and he will be greatly missed by anyone that truly knew him. Along with his love of camping, fishing and "Carol"...his '55 Chevy Belair...he cherished his 4-legged fur babies and they equally adored him. Hoping this memory might bring a smile to any broken hearts: Ron was running around in his bathrobe in the street on a beautiful, warm and sunny, summer morning...we stopped to ask what he was doing...his reply, "the **** dog got out and I can't catch him!" We joined the chase to help catch Archie but that pup pulled quick stops, direction changes and bolted full throttle like an Olympic sprinter! Just when you thought he was within reach...Archie would look back at you as to say, "ha ha ha, you're not fast enough, let's try again!" However, Archie didn't realize Ron was fully trained in tactical maneuvers and Archie's escape wouldn't last long...rather quickly, Ron was victorious! Families do not always share a bloodline and we are thankful, grateful and blessed to have had Ron choose to touch our lives with his character, strength, care, support, sense of humor and love...no doubt, Ron is missed! Darice, Josh, family & friends...you are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers and may God bless you and surround you with abundant comfort and peace in your time of sorrow and pain. Love & hugs, Duane and Sandie Dilka
